Pamela has always enjoyed working with others and she knew early on she wanted to make a difference. Throughout her career this has taken the form of working on behalf of teen mothers providing childcare and educational services, running educational programs for low income families, and as a County of San Diego Social Worker - Pamela spent 28 years working in Child Welfare Services at the County of San Diego as a worker, supervisor, and manager.
Many times during her career, Pamela has had the opportunity to provide individuals coaching and personal development. She was introduced to Gallup Strengths 15 years ago. Through individual and group coaching she gained a deeper understanding of her talents and how to maximize their effectiveness. She loves watching people accomplish their goals by utilizing their strengths and sharing their achievements with others.
When Pamela is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, watching movies, reading, exercising, and traveling.
