Kenzi offers a soft place to do the hard work. She coaches with warmth and understanding. She enjoys helping clients look at underlying obstacles to growth, which often requires both internal and external work and reflection. Kenzi is particularly passionate about helping leaders grow and thrive, so they can achieve their goals. Kenzi uses the CliftonStrengths tool to help people gain a deeper understanding of their Strengths, and reveal how Strengths can be used beneficially at work and at home.
Kenzi is passionate about creating workplaces where employees can thrive. She believes strongly that employee engagement is a key factor for success in business, and that the CliftonStrengths tool is a great resource for improving engagement. It is hard to feel motivated at work when you’re too busy being drained and not feeling heard. In today’s marketplace, it is clear that successful companies are those that have a clear purpose, servant leadership, strong culture, and an environment of trust.
Kenzi has worked with the Strengths Consulting Group for the last six years. Prior to that, Kenzi worked in the defense industry where she gained a wide range of skills in human resources, security, marketing, and business development. She has an MA and an MBA from the Rady School of Management at UCSD, where she focused on organizational development.
Kenzi enjoys family time and traveling the world (she’s been to more than 40 countries!).

Kenzie is extremely helpful and is a great listener. I always leave the meetings feeling energized and with greater insight into the potential my strengths have in my everyday job role.

Kenzi was very patient and understanding. I am not an open book, but I felt like one when speaking with her and that help put me at ease so I can freely share and delve into the challenges I was facing. I gained a more welcoming attitude for the process and found true benefit from our conversation.

Kenzi is amazing. Her ability to ride the line between coaching, therapy, and consultant is inspiring. She knows when to listen, when to empathize, and when to offer a suggestion. I have really appreciated my time spent with her.
