I cannot stress enough how beneficial it has been to create an ongoing professional bond, to have a mentor figure, who steps alongside me as I navigate this job. I have been able to change programs and I now have more space for deeper work with my SC. In the previous program I feel like I used time with my SC to just experience an hour of a life raft in a sea of chaos. I am really looking forward to not just use my time to keep my head above water but to deepen my practice and build skills.
